This is self-satire of the second scene in Godard's earlier film, Le Mepris (a.k.a. Contempt).
In that scene, the camera lingers on Brigitte Bardot's nude body as she lies in bed and asks her husband if he loves the various parts of her body, naming them from head to toe. For example, "Do you love my chin?" "Yes." "Do you love my neck?" "Yes." Finally she concludes, "Then you love all of me."
