How to:

You Need the following;

8. Click Debug then check disable anti skip.
9. You should have 100% time code signal.
10. Click apply then ok.
11. Play the time code mp3 on your touch dj, the vinyl on the virtual dj should be spinning.

Enjoy!

Note: This also works with FLARE SCRATCH app! Also a great iPod Touch DJ app.

  • hey man where did you get the dj qbert battle breaks? sounds really2 cool!! can i have a copy of it?

  • @tommyv3i pm sent

  • Not first.. but close! (check my vids, commented on this 3 times so far, but maybe posting the link to my vid deletes it..)

The app Flare rocks for this. but you have to covert the vdj timecode to mp3.

  • @rockbandmidi yes first, i tried this first a day after the release of touch dj. not first to post on youtube though.. well the vdj timecode is already in mp3 format when you download it from their site so you just have to upload it to your flare or touch dj.

  • @Niblet007 well i do get a hell of results in baby scratch(while doing crossfading scratches with the cross fader) its perfect

i'd like to use flare scratch but it wont work(the turntable freezes and lag when i touch it)

  • @HAWXLEADER Ah i see what you mean. Yeah i don't really use VDJ for scratching and i know that to get great sounds you simply need the equipment. It really is difficult to replace analogue!

  • @Niblet007 but the scratching mechanics are annoying and it got the same letanncy of the mouse scratch

scratching inside the ipod 4g with djay or tap dejay sounds waaay better and more comfortable

  • @HAWXLEADER There's an app available on the appstore officially from Atomix called 'VirtualDJ'. It syncs your ipod/iphone to your VDJ via wifi and works with zero latency when i tested it. The skins are customisable, but i think it only works with version VirtualDJ 7 and above.

  • the delay is awefull we need something faster and without external hardware

  • @crackertreggga Woah can I get that too?

  • @crackertreggga can u send a pm too plz thanks :D

  • @crackertreggga Could you tell me where to get it? I have looked everywhere, and could only find it on vynil and not CD or download...

  • Nice video.

    Hope to see more.
