Miss world 1989 pageant was held in Hong Kong, and the preliminary swimsuit parade was photographed in several sight-seeing spots of Taipei, Taiwan. The representative of Hong Kong is a famous movie star Yung-Hung(翁虹).

La bellisima antioqueña María Mónica Isaza había perdido en el Certamen Nacional de la Belleza 1988 ante la feisima Cara de Mona Vieja María Teresa Egurrola (Guajira), pero sin embargo les tapó la boca a todos cuando en este certamen de Miss Mundo ocupó un honroso puesto como 1ra Princesa. María Mónica fue la unica latinoamericana en el selecto grupo de finalistas.

This video on the outdoor swimsuit seems to be in Miss World 1989, not Miss Universe...
