Easy Clean Up Coconut Macaroons
One bowl is all you need to bake up a batch of these traditional coconut cookies.
1 1/3 cup Angel Flake coconut
1/3 cup sugar
3 T. flour
1/8 t. salt
2 egg whites
½ t. almond extract
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and extract. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from baking sheet to cooling rack immediately.
STEP ONE:
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl
STEP TWO:
add egg whites and extract mixing well
STEP THREE:
Drop onto greased cookie sheet and place in oven
STEP FOUR:
Remove to rack.
To serve:
Place cookies on my holiday double teared plates
