Samsung Galaxy S T-mobile safe mode look

I attempted to use the "add me" camera feature. Yet again my cellphone acted up for a good 10 min until it decided to resume back to normal. A few minutes later it decides to pull a first ever "safe mode" feature on me which I've never seen before. I'm sure like a p.c. i would probably have to restart my cellphone. where it would take 10 min for it to work properly. Which would suck if i needed to phone for help. Who knows maybe i'll be lucky and get the good ol' blue screen of fail.
