Word. The basics work best. Train your prime movers with sport specific compounds and movements. You don't skate on a bloody Bosu ball.

ditch the balance balls, ditch the stupid exercises, ditch the skinny fucking book reading "experts" and do sled pulls, running hills with tires, squats, box squats, bench, sledge hammers, some oly lifts, russian twists etc etc you dont need this useless shit. youd never know these guys had touched a weight if you hadnt seen this video. oh yeah thats right. its a cardinal sin to have muscle if youre a hockey player
these guys are as pound for pound as strong as any football player
