LAS VEGAS, April 4, 2009 Saturday Pro Stock qualifying gets under way. KJ's ACDelco Chevrolet in the left lane and is not in the show heading into this round. KJ's Chevy launches and is slow to 60-foot (1.013 seconds compared to Mike Edwards' .982 which was best in the session). KJ makes some of it up at the eighth-mile (4.328 seconds) and then stops the timers with a 6.727 e.t. at 205.38 mph. Johnson is No. 9 on the ladder heading into the final session. Mike Edwards is No. 1 qualifier with a track-record 6.656 e,t, at 206.16 mph. Greg Andersin is No. 2, Greg Stanfield is No. 3, Jason Line is No. 4 and Warren Johnson is No. 5.
