Oh my God, what a great experience was it, for them who were in the Theater that night!

Wonderful performance, Behrens was great and her acting too, Maestro Levine really conducted like a maestro should......, every expression that Strauss mentioned in his score was made. Brigitte Fassbinder was also a great Klytämnestra with wonderful warm tones and last but not least D. Voigt held her tones wonderfully beautiful lines. Thank you for this video.

How lyrical her voice was really in this role, and where she summoned up those fantastic high notes, I don't know.
