A tiger torch works good but you really can't use it on the wood fence thou. Wasps don't like brake cleaner it kills them pretty good. Brake cleaner comes in a spray can used for cleaning brake parts on your car. With the little straw it sprays quite far, never get any in your eyes it burns like a SOB.
