nice pass it also helps to get the leg free if u take u fee leg and use it to apply pressure down on his leg

That's basic but he starts after the hard part. The hard part is getting your knee out from between his legs, after that your golden... We call that move the elvis because to make it easier when they lock up on your leg you wiggle your leg like your elvis dancing since the body can't control shakes as well as a straight force but

I prefer to pop up and do a reverse elvis going to, in this example, the right side and leading with the left knee.

I tried this last night with someone locking down my foot and I could also make him let go because I could put pressure on his foot. It seems to work good for me you just have to be careful and not let him get under you in X guard or something like that...get the underhook! That is pretty normal for all the half guard passes anyway.
