Welcome to Part 1 of our Car Race Game in Scratch. In this tutorial we show you how to build a basic "Beat the Clock" single car lap time game. This game is based on a game by "Spark98" called "Awesome Car Race" which we downloaded from the MIT Scratch site.

there is a hidden script block and it's called stretch.

Call it Speed.
