I did this video during 2005 using footage from bootleg DVDs. War footage is taken from two movies about WW1. This is low quality version (256 kbps), but you can find DVD quality version on some bootleg DVDs ("Iron Maiden compilation vol.4 DVD", ...).
There is another version of video which doesn't include war footage just band live performance.

It's from some bootleg. If you listen it carefully you will hear crowd noise.
