And I appreciate your posting this because 3 years later, after having just discovered and read and loved and cried over Chris' book, Providence of a Sparrow, I searched for him on the web so I could thank him. Only to find him gone--across the Rainbow Bridge with B. More tears. I am sharing the wonders of Chris' writing and of B's sweetness and intelligence with my friends who love all creatures irrespective of species. We are ONE family!
