Big deal. They were interacting in a booze flowing informal social environment albeit company related. They were both executives and therefore legitimate peers. He is in a position of privelege and power and no doubt used to amorous attention from attractive women which she definitely is. According to media reports he made some ostentatious flirtatious advances which she, being an independant, worldly woman rebuked. Probably he needed appropriate, subtle mgment/peer guidance/correction?
