Developer Argent is leading the project in conjunction with landowners London and Continental Railways and Excel. On completion, over 40% of King's Cross Central will be public realm, with 3 new parks, 5 squares and 20 streets with work already taking place on site, the first offices, homes and a university are expected to be completed in 2012.
