King's Cross Central

One of the most significant development and regenerations in Central London, King's Cross Central is a 67 acre brownfield site situated between Kings Cross and St Pancras Stations. The mixed-use development features commercial and office space, just under 2000 new homes, student facilities and housing, retail and leisure facilities as well as visitor, cultural and community spaces. Developer Argent is leading the project in conjunction with landowners London and Continental Railways and Excel. On completion, over 40% of King's Cross Central will be public realm, with 3 new parks, 5 squares and 20 streets with work already taking place on site, the first offices, homes and a university are expected to be completed in 2012.
