I was detained by Portland PD officer J McDonald on 26MAY2012. He detains me without suspicion of any criminal activity in violation of Delaware v Prouse. He admits his sole reason for stopping me is my legally carried firearm in violation of US v DeBerry. He seizes my weapon with no reasonable suspicion that I've committed a crime in violation of Terry v Ohio. He demands my ID without reasonable suspicion in violation of Hiibel v Nevada.

Did you see the soldier in London get is head cut off? It took the police 14 minutes to get there. You're your own first line of defense. The police are minutes away when seconds count. I will keep my own family safe, the police can clean up up mess when I'm though!

"The number one duty for an officer is to protect". Nope, the duty of an officer to to enforce the penal code. This video happen in Maine when open carry is perfectly legal. I never said the cop should be arrested, but his department could have been sued for his illegal actions. P.S. I'm a retired cop and you're clueless!

Not the Police's job to check for undocumented immigrants. Blame your president for that one. The Federal government deal with immigration.

Stick to youtube and google and while you worry about the dumb little things that seriously are not even worth the aggravation. The police will worry about keeping you and your family safe. I am not saying there aren't criminal cops but this my friend is just a joke. And for the record what you posted was not case law you put a State, Month and Day and literally just wrote a bunch a B.S. Congrats and good luck being a computer activist supporter lol

Well sorry Mr. Constitution but in NJ that guy would be arrested and legally arrested at that. The number one duty for an officer is to protect. Why don't you worry about your activist bull**** and stick to what you know best... Things people do for dumb reasons. I know what the rules are trust me I think you are a little twisted. You're totally right though this cop should be arrested and brought to trial and have his certification taken away.... makes a lot of sense.

WASHINGTON, June 27 - The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that the police did not have a constitutional duty to protect a person from harm, even a woman who had obtained a court-issued protective order against a violent husband making an arrest mandatory for a violation. Now do you get it?

It does matter if it's legal or illegal. It's doesn't matter how the officer feels. The cop ILLEGALLY detained this person. If you think the police get to make up the rules as they go along, then you have no business being a cop.
