lol when I first fought him my arrows wouldn't hit so I kept yelling "SHOOT HIS ASS" my neighbors knocked at my door lol

Ohhhhh I didn't know about putting the iron boots on and pulling on the chain when you shoot him in the eye. I just kept shooting at him and back off when he started running around like an idiot.

that's weird, after the first time pulling on the chains, all i had to do was shoot an arrow and he fell over, instead of having to pull on the chains every time.
