Thanks... If you ever need tips or advice don't be affraid to ask. I'm living in Wyoming right now and very much missing the season, so any chance to talk sugaring I'd gladly welcome.

Thanks Rick, I appreciate it. I spent 6 months in Balklava, 100k north of Adelaide, and people there had never even tasted real maple syrup. Travesty.
