1. that tattoo is uglier than sin! 2. Even though it's the artist's preference, 10 volts is just way too high to use for anything especially line-work 3. You NEVER use saran wrap as a bandage!

that way the needles are sterille when they are used. If the needle are not sterille, the risc of contacting some disease is high.
