I've reported someone to the ICE for marriage fraud. Name address, phone number, everything. They did absolutely nothing about it. This girl paid someone to marry her. A stranger who she never saw again after the wedding ceremony.

1. Regardless of what the law says, she should be granted the benefit of the doubt. She only did what she thought she needed to stay legally, no harm. Russians don't have ANY concept of the notion, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse". In Russia, it IS, and always was. It's the way their people have survived so much hardship.
