Jacko Gill at 15 is the youngest male recipient of a gold medal at the junior world athletics championships. In Canada he set a world record of 20.76 metres for his age group beating his closest competitor by 56cms.
As seen on TV 1 news 22 July 2010, also interviews with Jacko's dad Walter and Valerie Vili Olympic champion. Congratulations Jacko!

  • If he is 15 and does weights and things,that is not good for him,he is older now but you should not do weights until your 16+

  • You got to be kidding me, you mean he got a world record with 6kg since it's the world champs for juniors (not youth) while most competitors are 19 and he's only 15? In that case he's going to be the next world record holder, no doubt about that!
