Top 20 Free MMORPG's

This is my top 20 out of 75 that I've played. If you have any other MMO that you recommend please share. This list is purely based on how much fun I had playing it. I also took the graphics, music, gameplay styles, difficulty, and the community into account. I've reached a high enough level and rank in all these MMO's before rating them. So hope you enjoy!
1. Dungeon Fighters Online 9.45
+ Highly Effective Combo System (Probably the best)
+ Many Quests
+ Forces you to PVP
+ 2D Game
- If one party member lags, party will lag.
- Spam chat botters


2. MU Online (High Rates- Private Servers) 9.4
+ 2.5D Game
+ Wings, Flying, Mounts
+ No overpowered classes
+ Inspired by Diablo 2
+ Can get addicting (:P)
+ Game is still upgrading!
- Old game
- Ksers
- Hard to find a party


3. Jade Dynasty 9.1
+ Awesome skill animations
+ Servers are lively, good community
- Cash Cow (relies heavily on cash items)
- So much grind, it has an in-game bot system

4. Aion: The Tower of Eternity (Low Rate Private Servers) 9.0
+ Awesome Graphics
+ Easy to level
+ PVP in air! (Flying)
- No story

5. Cabal Online 8.8
+ Practice in combo makes PERFECT.
+ There are private servers
+ Awesome skill animations
- Repetitive Dungeon Play.
- Too many quests.
- Leveling up skills can be boring.

6. Runes of Magic 8.7
+ Subclasses
+ Inspired by WoW (not a WoW Clone!)
+ Mounts
+ Nice graphics, music and community.
+ Lots of Quests

7. Dekaron aka 2moons 8.6
+ There are private servers
+ PVP system is great
+ Nice Community
+ The best shines on a + weapon
- Grindfest
- Very few quests

8. Lunia: Record of Lunia War 8.5
+ Awesome Combo System
+ Nice skill animations
+ Quests
- Repetitive Dungeon play

9. WonderKing 8.4
+ Inspured by Maplestory (Not a Maple story clone)
+ Can get addicting
+ Has a PVP system
- Imbalanced classes
- Community is small
- Grinding gives more exp than quests

10. Sword Of The New World: Granado Espada 8.3
+ Control more than one character!
+ Retaliate system
+ Beautiful scenaries
- Afkers

11. Gunz Online 8.2
+ Guns and sword duels!
+ Relies heavily on skill of the player and not items and levels.
- There are none :P

12. 4Story 8.1
+ Inspired by WoW (WoW Clone)

13. Lineage 2 (Low Rates Private Server) 8.0
+ Awesome community
+ NPC Buffers
+ Mounts and pets
+ Can get addicting (:P)
- Old game
- Sucks if you play on High Rates

14. RF Online (Mid Rate Private Server) 7.9
+ Nice Graphics
+ Used to be P2P (Offers a lot)
+ Events by GM
- Other factions will kill you
- One leader rules market

15. Gate to Heavens Twilight 7.8
+ Great game for its time, probably still is.
+ Easy to pickup
+ Awesome community
+ Buff potions
- Party play reccommend
- Too few players are playing.

16. Karos Online 7.7
+ New Game
+ Quests
+ Nice Graphics
- Buggy
- Lags
- Another point and click

17. Zu Online 7.5
+ Auto-trace system
+ Cool skill animations
+ Mounts, and pets available in game
- Low community

18. Dragonica Online 7.4
+ 2.5d interface
+ Unique combo system
+ Easy to level up
- Few skills

19. Progect Torque 7.3
+ Best Car racing game
- Drifting can be hard to pull off.

20. Alantica Online 7.2
+ 1st Strategy/Tactical game
+ Auto Trace System
+ Control more than 1 character.
- Rely on party play
- Other player better not go afk

***Runescape should have also been on this list, but I couldn't find any good images for it. Runescape was among one of the best MMORPG's I've experienced.

Note: The reason why WoW is not up there, it's because the private servers weren't that fun to me.

The nominees that did not make it to the list but are worth mentioning are Runescape, World of Warcraft, and Silkroad.

Battle of Immortals (In Closed Beta) 6.4
+ Quests gives a lot of EXP
+ Weapons levels up and gains EXP.
+ Soul Gear is awesome!!!
+ Auto Trace
+ Auto Targeting Key
+ Mounts and Pets level as you kill monster
- Can't survive without cash item
- No Keyboard Customization
- Text can be hard to read(said to be changing)
- Too Linear (However may look confusing at first)

he says a lot about the game in just 11 minutes. Also, if you enjoy playing Torchlight, MU Online or Diablo 2 you will love this game. A lot of these things might change after closed beta.

These are the few MMORPG's that I'm looking forward to playing in the future:
Blade & Soul (In Development)
Final Fantasy XIV (In Development) for PS3.
Miracle MuX Legend (OMG!!! MU Online but in better graphics!)

@rdinhothenry i have the only thing that appealed to me were the graphics. if i remember correctly they were the first to release wings that can make you fly. but it was too slow for me, there were more reasons why it didn't make it to my top 20 list. thanks.

FYI: Aion is not free. I'm not sure if it's got a subscription fee, but you still have to buy the game in order to play it.

these are good mmorpgs ive played most of them but loong looks good and so does wow i knw u guys might think wow is p2p but thre is a privat server system that is easy to activate but thats my oppinion
