I did another test.
I got myself a epidermic 10ml syringe, cut the tip out and put the plug in the syringe.
The result was that no sound was emitted and just a tiny little bit of trust.
The sound you hear is my switch.
this test did not convinced me but how knows! Maybe water mist in cylinder has to expand with enough trust.

you might need a larger capacitor bank.
you should be able to bust the plastic syringe.

My cap is 330uF 250V not 400 has capacitor70 but I don't think this is a problem.
Does any one want to correct me?

i dont want to correct no one i want to tell you how to bust that needle and with a larger capasitor bank, im pretty sure you will do it.
have you tested your voltage through the cap.
i charged mine to 900volts. but if you put 5 caps in line, it requires the same amount of energy to charge the caps but youll have 900x5
at your disposal. depending on how you hook them up.
also someone told me that over charging capasitor's was really dangerous, that they could explode

But over charging a capacitor is applying higher voltage than the capacitor voltage rating.
Maybe I'll do a test with 2 caps to double capacity.
I think voltage doesn't mather on this side of the circuit.
