@joeValrico8 I would use high reps (15-20) and just do squats for the test bonus at the start of your session, If your legs get bigger reduce the weight, and do some specialised training on the upper laging muscles IMO

in my case.. i dont want my legs to get any bigger...so how should i train them so that they dont. my legs are to big for my upper body right now and i never train them
