what about france germany and switzerland ? ? ? can i use this app for these countries ? ?

Is this available in the US? The only thing it doesn't make clear is the NAME of the app and the cost. Either that or I didn't see it. I sure could have used this yesterday to plan my flight from my local airport in N Illinois to Northern Wisconsin.
