A Mexican woman who spent two years fighting to bring her daughter's killer to justice was herself shot to death on Thursday, possibly by the same man suspected of murdering the teen. The crime was caught by a security camera, which shows masked men pulling up to anti-crime crusader Marisela Escobedo Ortiz outside the governor's office in the northern city of Chihuahua, where she was holding a vigil. One appeared to speak with her before she started running across the street; the gunman chased after her and shot her in the head.

  • @erykha024... there is ignorance here and i do believe that we are over-privileged as well. With that said, britneystakes doesn't represent us all. People are sick...here, mexico, middle east, everywhere known to man. Ignorance recruits the weak who refuse to take a stand like Maricela. I feel for her son who is not mentioned but lost his little sister and then mother. TRULY TRAGIC AND I HOPE SOMETHING BIG HAPPENS SOON TO FREE MEXICO.

  • @britneystakes Wow! It is b/c of ignorant people like YOU that so many other countries hate us. How can you post such a stupid comment on a video that shows a human being dying? I am not going to get into the politics of things... b/c I know you wouldn't understand. Just know that YOUR comment just proved how disgusting and evil some people are in the world. You stating that you "wish" Mexico could be destroyed put you in the same category of monster as that man you just saw murder the woman.

  • @britneystakes There's evil people everywhere you fucking ignorant, I live in this city and all of us are fed up of this shit. Why don't you lean on your coach, watch some TV and eat your disgusting and greasy fast-food while all of us have to survive here everyday.

The only evil person around here is you and you're gonna need more than your idiotic remarks to "nuke" us. I'd rather die like this woman than living in your giant wal-mart like country full of racist rednecks like you.

  • @BurninSnowMan ok..true enough... let me ask this question to you and the Mexican people.

Do you think the steaks were higher when the Tunisian and Egyptian peoples had got fed up

with their plight and took matters into their own hands and took their respective countries back ?

The succeeded against a repressive police force and army funded by billions... I know of the

corruption in Mexico.. my wife is from Michoacan... the people have to have the will to take

their country back and say enough

  • @bkattic 1.5 billion sounds like alot of money but its hardly anything compared to what thier up against the drugs from mexico that make thier way through the u.s and to canada alone generate over 25 billion dollars yearly thas not even including the money thats made off them inside mexico... the best way i can describe mexico is a giant apartment building run by a slum lord its designed do be survivable but at the minimum... theres so much corruption its rediculous

  • @BurninSnowMan

thank for your response. I am puzzled by your response. The US has a 1.5 billion dollar commitment to Mexico..to fight the cartels: U.S govt released the first part of a $400 million package Dec.2008

It is up the to people to take their country back.. if they have the will and the commitment .

The crimminal cartels are recruiting people faster than the people can educate their own citizens about the scurge that preys on its disillusioned population. Take your country back

  • @bkattic i agree but the fact is they need help and we are the ones who should be helping (by we i meen our military/government mexico has requested aid against drug lords and gangs many times and we say oh yeah well help yas out but we never do. the fact is the ppl can't rise up against thousand of criminals the druglords of mexico posses more firepower then the mexican military and police force combine...

  • @britneystakes and you maam are a racist btw im not mexican so gfy trick

  • Mexico is a disgusting country with disgusting evil people. I wish we would nuke them. I personally want to destroy Mexico and them wetbacks..

  • Well Ms.Marisela Escobedo Ruiz was a thousand times more courageous than that coward shooter who shoots a defenseless woman in the head and then runs like a worthless piece of crap back to his getaway car. You murders in mexico are ruining your country... selling your country out for drug and extortion money. God bless the law abiding people of Mexico... rise up and rid your country of this scurge of humanity that that threatens your security.. rise up Mexico and take your country back !!!
