  • This handset is already obsolete. The HTC Evo 4G is out, but not in the UK unfortunately because our cellular networks are stuck in the 20th century.

O2, get your networks up to scratch or I might migrate to a faster network.

  • The htc hd2 doesnt have 3G in some countries (fe. USA) that may be the main reason.

But in germany fe it works with 3G.

  • youtube isnt social networking?

  • love the way O2 videos when showing the internet always have either EDGE or WiFi.... never seem to be running on 3G

  • LOL yh espacially with that start menu lol. I probably should but some of the android phones have good camera but shitty design and then some have good designs but specs arent as good. SE X10 looks good but i cant be asked to wait for it as i've been waiting to get a new phone for a few months now. Everytime i select one something new and better is announced so i'm gonna buy this and see how it goes. If not then definately Android/Iphone next...

  • I'd atleast try an HTC android tbh over Windows mobile. at the end of the day its still windows mobile underneath and its really not very good. Is there no androids with good cameras

  • Thats true man but still if you're paying that much... lol i had a 3.2mp camera on one of my phone like 4 years ago and the fact that it has no flash is also a let down. Yeah this is windows mobile 6.5 i've never used it before so its worth a shot i suppose... all the reviews so far say the phones good. I think its mainly becase HTC have pretty much completely replaced the interface with their own.

  • @reloadedgangsta yeah i agree although the 3GS camera is pretty decent its not amazing at all but then I don't think any phone camera will ever replace a full camera. the thing I like about iphones camera is its so easy to snap and share within seconds where as others are a bit fiddly. isnt this windows mobile aswell ?

  • LOL. I was gonna get the 3GS but the camera is sh*t for that price really. The phone is awesome but the camera is just cr*p. I take tons of photos so i thought i might go for this one. I know its not all about megapixels but the camera is really not as good as it should be. I've compared both of the cameras and this one seems to be better. Also this one seems to be more customizable. Will go for iphone next year hopefully if they finally manage to stick a decent camera inside it.

  • @reloadedgangsta guru is a nice way of putting something to try and please customers then send the phone to headoffice if broken. why you not getting an iphone may I ask, I've got one but gotta admit I love HTC's user interfaces
