justin bieber singing baby live at The Dome 53 AND YES, he is lipsyncing, but thats is becuase justin had strep throat, and there for he could not sing. and he doesnt like to cancel concerts, so lip syncing is better than canceling the whole show, i bet the crowd appreciated that, doesnt seem like it bothered them, as long as he was on stage,

Read the information, yes he was lip syncing cuz he had strep throat so he couldn't sing, so he did that cuz he didn't want to cancel the show
