you have to progress slowly, start with knees at chest, then move onto knees making 45 degree angle with hips, then either do a straddle front lever or a half tuck. takes time, but do static hold until you can do each for about a minute without needing to rest before moving onto the next.
@7thSense Man thats a good question I can do a front lever, but the crazy part is i really cldnt tell u wht i did to pull it of... i just got on the bar, and did it one day LOL.. after so many previous attempts .... LOL i trying to hold it now, not there yet..
I just meant that if you`re big you`d be generally strong, like able to carry heavy things and stuff. For sure if you want to be good at bodyweight skills it helps to be a bit lighter.
It takes more pulling strength than core strength to pull off a front lever.
Check out this guy's other videos, he can do one arm pullups like mad... you don't have to be huge to be hella strong (although if you are huge you're strong guaranteed).
@ratchetxys it's a front lever pull through, just to train for a front lever

@JacktheDaniels But if you're huge bodyweight training becomes much more challenging at the same time

Extremely impressive. And I'm surprised that he didn't look muscular at the time.
