So glad that it was only a kneecap dislocation rather than some kind of tear! I tore my meniscus and it took a week after surgery before I could try walk with crutches, 6 weeks before I could even try and workout again, and it took me like an additional 2 months to get the strength back in that knee and that was with a very easy tear to fix! They didn't even have to sew the tear back together, they just cut around the tear!

i once hit the ground like that.. god, it hurt really bad! the docters told me i could never do gymnastics again, but i actually can! i'm really happy about it xd
