Dog rings a bell to drink water from the shower tub

We saw a video training series (Linda White puppysmarts.com) that teaches you to place a bell on the doorknob so the dog can communicate to you that they want access. it works for us. but instead of going outside for potty, its for when she wants to drink fresh running water from the tub...
She's wearing the homemade panty, because she's now in heat, her first one, at 11.5 months.

Better to have her ring a bell and drink from the faucet then drink out of the toilet like my dane did :) hehehe
