Behind the Beans is back in action! In this two-part episode, I'm going to teach you a bit about coffee varieties. Did you know there were any? And by varieties, I don't mean lattes or mochas :) Well, It's a bit like the wine industry, but instead of grapes like pinot or chardonnay, you have a whole mess of coffee cherry varietals called things like caturra, bourbon, maragogype, catimor, typica, kona, and the list goes on for a while. I thought it would be interesting to give you an up-close look at a handful of these varieties, while showing you more of this beautiful farm. Enjoy!

  • @Thehowtogrowguy Hi! I'm not in Puerto Rico anymore, so unfortunately I don't have access to cherries anymore. They're pretty awesome, huh?

  • Would you ever consider sending me some " elephant cherry" cherrys for me to grow? I would gladly pay... Tell me a price
