  • Now, for me, as an graphical user, I'm thinking of buying something like this to have traveling. I regularly use a pc, stationary, and had a laptop I just sold and used an Intuos 3 tablet for it.

This looks promesing but I was wondering, using the pen, can you turn off the "touch"? So I still can rest my hand while drawing as i do on my intuos 3? Or do I have to hold my hand hovering over the screen at all times?

  • @jimmarn The J3500 features palm rejection functionality that effectively turns off the touch input when the pen is in use. For most users the J3500 can be set to auto where it will recognize when the pen is near and enable palm rejection. If you wish to have more control the user can always set the device to double-tap mode where the tablet remains in pen mode unless double-tapped with a finger which then make the tablet touch enabled. Once the pen is brought near the screen it switches back.

  • Does this have pen sensitivity? If it does how much pen pressure does it have?

  • @oiuro The J3500 is touch and pen capable and features a fully functional digitizer pen display manufactured by Wacom which has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity.

  • Is there any route in canada that i can purchase this slate directly like in a store?

  • Very good tablet PC and I think it is a real tablet one rather than ipad or android tablet. iPad is not a PC but just a toy for internet.

  • Where can I GET one?

  • When using Photoshop I often use keyboard shortcuts. While in tablet mode Is there anyway to program for example "undo" function to any of those side buttons. Thank you and I must say you have a great product there.

  • i use this product for my job and i hate it with every bone in my body.

  • ok, so what makes this better than the asus eee slate(which is half the price and has petty much the same config)

  • This product has good potential however, it has weak marketing, expensive and lack of slick design to attract consumers. My point of view about this product needs some adjustment. It needs be little more smaller and thin. The price should be inexpensive. Mess produce this product and sell though out internet and best buy and wal-mart.. This product is not like a i-pad or other touch screen tablets, it is a full functional computer. People will tend to have this if the price is right.

  • ok drop your ipad 1-2 m high and let's see which one would costs much...too much complains about the price you don't even have a clue what the specs of these monster tablet are.

  • @BahamutRhapsody you have no idea how much would it cost for wacom technology...google it first...your ipad can't draw accurately...

  • @MrBigguy337 yeah ipad are only for kids who wants to play angry birds
