@WeaselHalfbreed Actually California would be doing alot better, considering the amount of money lost on free health care, out reach programs, school funding, and prisions (13% in California state prisons are illegal immigrants). Also, unemployment would probably be improved, considering wages and benefits in many "illegal" friendly sectors would be have to change based on the workers demographics. @Avengedstar1 Many of these people are colleagues, classmates, and friends.

And I think that these are legitimate grievances, sir.

Many of them are highly skilled individuals, who are actually, in many ways, worse off than illegal immigrants.

If there were a day without illegal immigrants, we'd save many money in medical and incarceration costs, and I don't think the loss of ultra-cheap agricultural labor would offset that.

@Avengedstar1 finally, I know some very skilled, very good Americans, who are held to a different standard than illegals.

Having to work very hard, seven days a week, on work or student visas, and paying thousands of dollars in legal fees, and having to constantly check in with ICE.

All the while, Mexicans in the same neighborhood stay up all night breaking beer bottles and urinating everywhere.
