Please note; the shoes used are Bloch Show tappers. Every shoe produces a different sound so yours may not sound like this/may not need this. This purpose is not to create "double tap plates" or "clinkers" or whatever else you call those annoying clinky clogging shoes. These do not rattle annoyingly when you walk. The extra aluminium vibrates and echoes the sound nicely giving a higher pitch instead of the flat tone that Bloch shoes can produce. It's up to you whether you like the sound or not (everyone is different - we all hear tones differently) but since I did this to my shoes - I LOVE THE SOUND MY FEET MAKE. BTW - they do not mask mistakes, as I said they do not rattle loud enough to fill in the beats you've missed. If anything they make your feet louder and clearer with a higher pitch. Oh and one last thing... don't cut yourself on the can... I don't need to tell you all that aluminium is sharp and if you can't use a pair of scissors then get someone who can to do it for you!
