@TheSilforce almost anything is possible...even that extraterestial aliens walk amoung us in secret and find us to be delicious snacks...but its highly unlikely. Alcor has many levels of oversight and its members are very smart and accomplished...many are doctors, lawyers, scientists, accountants, and members of mensa. The media would have long ago exposed any sensational stories to come out of cryonics..and has tried but all evidence points to cryonics being honest and humanitarian.
