don\'t take the best care of their skin. What, did that strike a nerve
or cause some confusion? Please, let me elaborate. You have skin care
via the right products and daily regimen, and then you have skin care
through your diet. Ah ha, I\'ll bet I got plenty of attention with that
second one. Most people forget or dismiss what they consume. It is an
issue. The foods and beverages you indulge in regularly can and will
have an effect on your complexion. It\'s time for a few basic skin care
tips. When I think of my complexion, I too ponder the right face wash,
moisturizer, shaving products and so on. Just like most of the human
race, I think more along the lines of the exterior. Not that this is a
bad thing. You should consider your skin\'s surface. This is where at
least half of your work lies. My advice is to use a decent cleanser
that addresses your skin type. One that works for most people is
Purpose. It\'s just a gentle, drugstore facial cleanser that won\'t
cost you much. When you wash your face, try to use only tepid water.
This does the least damage to your skin. Hot water will over-dry.
Secondly, one of the most important skin care tips to remember concerns
the sun. You should use a daily sun screen to shield your delicate
complexion from the sun\'s harmful rays. This will reduce drying,
premature lines and breakouts. And finally, be sure to moisturize in
the areas that call for it. This is commonly the cheeks, and also beard
areas for men. Wondering why you got a messy breakout last night? Hmm,
let\'s consider what you ate over the past few days. If you\'re serious
about useful skin care tips, then this is a major one. Avoid junk food!
Foods heavy in sugar, sodium and fat are never a good idea. What you
eat excretes from your body, and out your face as well. Loads of sugar
can really cause trouble for a complexion. Too much dairy can also have
an effect on your skin\'s clarity. Try and stick to lean foods and
plenty of water. Think fruits and vegetables. Your skin will show it\'s
gratitude by staying clear and radiant. For more skin care tips
