This was one of our stops in a cafe to sample a popular snack food called Pong tea knon. My nephew Kirk could hardly hold back his enjoyment of this item that consists of a hard boiled fertilized duck egg about 15 days devoloped. Very tender and high in flavor by the look on his face and those who watched

  • I'm Khmer and I grew up in Cali... I love Pong Tea Koun! It's my family favorite snack! The trick is not to look at the baby duck while eating it!
