Why is a slideshow of images showing the tsunami's destruction considered a "tribute" to the Japanese people?

@Zaphkiel1 The catastrophes are part of the Japanese people ...Nuclear bomb, tsunami, earthquake, kamikaze! Why would I make a Tribute different from these events? At such times I wonder .. Where is God?
