The terrorist threat is not muslim, its corporate America and these traitors will be defeated. Military grunts need to awaken to the truth, you're fighting a 'private' war, a war for corporate interests, not the safety of the people. American companies are arming the radicals, giving them money and you grunts are dying in vain!
Our boarders should have been sealed, illegals sent back if we're really, truely threatened, no of this has happened. Bush/Cheney camp will hang for treason.

You have no idea what I did in Iraq, or before Iraq. Your facts are inaccurate. I have no Idea who you are, but you are obviously either unaware of the truth, or a liar. I can show anyone who wishes, plenty of pictures of myself running ununiformed missions outside the wire. I can show anyone who wishes the C.I.B award and citation for my "actions under fire" in Iraq. This, however, has nothing to do with me. We were both in Iraq (so you say). We both have bloody hands.

What branch of the service did this guy serve in and what role did he play in Operation Iraqi Freedom? Was he patrolling the streets of Baghdad or was he a cook on a navy vessel who never saw combat? Both are "Iraq vets." Would you value his opinion any differently if he were the latter?

Eli Israel was a Soldier, a JVB Protective Service Agent, and a Sniper with the U.S. Army who had been in Iraq for a year (running over 250 combat missions). He was no cook, he saw plenty of combat.

Thank you. I ask because I am an Iraq vet as well and my opinion is quite different than his. I have seen plenty of combat as well, but mostly in the air (much less dangerous). Does that make my opinion less valid? I have plenty of respect for Mr. Israel and what he's done. This is really a question for his audience and has nothing to do with disrespect, though I'm sure it will be construed as such.

Thanks for your comments, its nice to actually get intelligent feedback that isn't wrought with hate. I respect the service of you both and all who've ever served. I have two questions, what are your feelings on the war, and are you at all bothered by the fact that the Iraq Parliment decided to take more than a month off while our troops are still dying just because its hot in Baghdad?
