@FiveTwoSevenTHR Yeah, I think they should repeal it.

@etucker5007 How about appeal the Hughes amendment which wasn't even passed into FOPA properly. It was dirty Senate tactics and was voted nay 3 times as I recall. The NRA said they would challenge the Hughes amendment in 86 and we are still waiting.

@vxbinaca they are also using power of taxation so it's possible they could raise the NFA excise tax to like $10,000 or something and still repeal the MG ban. I hope it gets repealed but I'm not getting my hopes up.

@etucker5007 It's only a matter of time. They're using Interstate Commerace to regulate machine guns and thats going to not only conficlt with the 2A but go against the tide of slowly rolling back Wickard v. Filburn. It actually started with a case back in 1992, Lopez, about the safe schools or whatever act banning handguns within a 1000 feet of a school used the ICC to derive it's authority. These supremes are finally willing to roll it back.

@PLUMCRAZYFIREARMS Dang I guess I was pretty close! Wow dude, your business must be booming. I just saw one of your AR-15 lowers at a gun show in Roanoke VA.

@vxbinaca Did you hear about this anywhere or do you have anymore information?
I'll believe this when I see it, but if it happens I'll be first in line to get a M16, glock 18, etc. But I see mass media hysteria and machine gun bans going up in every state if this happens.
Wow! you never cease to amaze brother, Godbless my country and you of course wher this kind of fun is still legal (for the moment)

What's a transferable M249 cost these days? I'm guessing $100,000 ballpark. Just don't pay with a credit card! LOL

@etucker5007 I thought they were $100K-125K My buddy said they run $150K-$200K for trasferables at one time, but more than likely in the $100K-$125K in this market.
