great info. i'm working on beating my coworkers with the heavier grippers. they currently are beating me but nobody can close 250 yet.

@leemhayward will it make my wrist not bigger, but stronger?

@leemhayward so Lee, the curved handle, it should be put against the 4 fingers, and the straight leg, against your thumb right?

I personally like Heavy Grippers the best for training because the handles are smoother and do not tear the skin off your fingers like COC. Plus they are spaced a little closer together which makes it easier to set the grippers, especially if you have smaller hands like myself.
My Hands got Swollen after using this any tips?

Hot and cold water therapy. After gripper training fill up 2 sinks or 2 buckets, one with really warm water and one with ice cold water. Put your hands in the cold water for 1 minute, then in the hot water for 1 minute. Keep alternating back and forth for 10 minutes. This will speed up recovery and flush blood throughout the hands.

@leemhayward does gripper training with training gloves have any negative aspects ??

I wouldn't use gloves, it will hinder how well you can position the gripper. Just use your bare hands and add some lifting chalk on your fingers if you need extra grip.
