Unfortunately not because the gentle traction required should not come through the pelvis and hip joints (stress for the ligaments there) but directly from the sacrum and the two humps of the aligner are designed to restrict the sacrum from moving down while laying on the aligner and wedge something no pillow or other device is doing.
