  • How refreshing to see someone give a straight talk for a change, with no gimmicks, no dumbing down and no lame attempts at humour.

  • Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you appreciated it.

  • Thanks for the very informative video. It definitely helped me a bit, and I like how you wear a suit and an apron on top of it.

  • Thank you for confirming my belief in 'the water must be freshly drawn and _boiling_ . I've tried, and failed, to teach French waiters this, including one who was serving in _Browns_ in London. Shudders at the memory of a cup of hot water delivered to the table, followed much later by a selection of tea bags from which I was to make my choice.

Awaiting the video on making a pot with loose tea.

  • Really interesting video, andrew.. thank you for sharing :)

  • Its good to see the definitive way to brew a tea bag. Tea is so often a second class citizen in the office or cafe when compared to coffee, and its all because of inferior tea bags and careless/hasty preparation. Tea is now my energy drink while at work and is the saviour of my teeth. Tea is life enhancing!

  • Thanks Andrew! Well done. Trying to learn all I can about tea culture. Good teas are one thing, but producing a good cup is another. You have done a great service with this video. Steve
