Drywall Water Damage from Poorly Installed Tile around Shower and Bath Tub

http://hometips.gregvan.com/water_damage.htm We would have never found the drywall damage if we weren't planning on removing the bottom wood floor trim around the master bedroom. It's hard to imagine how much damage a small water leak can do to a home or even drywall. I've made a couple other videos on some bathroom water damage that was caused by an improperly installed bathtub and tile tub surround. It's hard to imagine a contractor taking someone's money and doing an interior job, but it happens.
