If you are pregnant and have not done CrossFit before, please consult your Dr. and make sure you are ok'd to do it. Rochelle is a CF owner and has been doing CF for 2 1/2 years prior to being pregnant. She has continued as her pregnancy has gone along. Changing up the WODS as needed.

let me know how your baby comes out .. i used to workout everyday before i was pregnant & a little during the 1st trimester but then i stopped & just started walking... really wish i could do this but i'm scared something bad's gonna happen.. (26 weeks) ..
