Last night I did something similar.
Leftover mashed potatoes, risotto,
kidney beans (half a can) and a couple
of odds and ends. And no room in the fridge.
So just mixed it all together with an egg,
some shredded parmesan, handfull of panko
and a can of tuna. Fried up some patties.
Quick, tasty and cheap.
