I kinda agree with her , Im atheist myself and I dont believe in anything because I dont need it. But when Isee something religious it doesnt even bother me ,and the reason for that its because I believe that everybody can believe in whatever they want to believe while they dont push it into my brain. I think christian of whatever belief you have should respect our ideals as we respect theirs .

technically Christmas isn't even a christian holiday originally, it was a holiday to celebrate the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere. i mean sure people think it is because Christianity claims that their savior was born on December 25th, but quite a few religions also claim that their god was born on that day as well

@patsaxon But then that would make atheists no better than religious oppressors. You'd be infringing section 2 of the Charter (or whatever you Amerifats have). Separate church from state; don't criminalize religion. Are we going to send every Christian and Muslim to jail now?

@Sorflakne funny, from the reading i've done it was added when money and gold stopped being interchangable. (i.e. you couldn't walk into a bank and exchange a $50 for $50 in gold.) the value was implied.

@patsaxon thats not what she is trying to do. she is simply pointing out something unconstitutional. shes not trying to "make god illegal" shes trying to get it out of government, a place where it doesnt belong. fyi god doesnt even exist.
