great call, fueyang,I mean 28 other teams only wish they had the opportunity to be in the Finals. Shannon will get more time next year, he has lock-down defender written all over him and we know he can score. If he learns to relax and play his game, LeBron, Boobie Gibson, Shannon Brown and whatever else the Cavs throw out on the court could be the Bulls of this generation.

steelsmack I'm 5 9 and I can do fancy windmill dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just do the right workouts with the right nutrition. I recommend the training at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | but any workout could be used if you know they work
