Porky Pig's Feat is a RARE colorized version from 1990. It is currently NOT AVAILABLE for purchase or download anywhere. Pardon the low quality but this was recorded off Kids WB back in 1991, and I'm sure that there is no replacement. Unless WB plans to release it in color someday. Perhaps they have it tucked somewhere.

  • Recorded off of Kids' WB? Kids' WB, nor The WB didn't exist until 4-5 years later.

  • @Cartoonothing The KidsWB logo wasn't made until later but yes it was KidsWB channel 17 PHL Philadelphia. I am not too old but I can remember that, one year later Fox Kids 29 started to play Looney Tunes and PHL17 wouldn't play them anymore. One thing I always remember is both channels kept playing ping-pong with their WB cartoons: Animaniacs and Tiny Toons played intermittently in both channels and the war went on for about 6 years... shortly after Pokemon came out and it was official KidsWB.

  • @Cartoonothing Also don't assume anything just because Wikipedia doesn't say it, channel 17 did indeed play a block of WB cartoons in 1990-1991... I have a total of 8 tapes I recorded from PHL 17 alone then a couple from Fox Kids. Although it wasn't official because both networks kept fighting for the cartoons. By the time Pokemon came out the classics were no longer played, then moved on to Cartoon Network who got the license.

  • I'm not a fan of colorized anything but I have to say the color version of the LT are not too shabby, and I did not know that these cartoons were black and white when I watched it on Nickelodeon when I was a kid.

  • @Hyman74Roth I can sacrifice some quality to watch a cartoon like this in color. It is the prize people had to pay in the 40s, you either watch a crisp b/w version or you could watch a blurry colorized one. I prefer color because I have seen things in b/w that I couldn't tell what they were. Just an example, in jeepers creepers I had no idea there was furniture behind the ghost if is wasn't for the colorized version. if you could show everything in b/w, color would have never been invented.

  • @77J As do I

  • I love when the manager is thrown down the stairs.

  • Sadly, the owner of Broken Arms Hotel died of a heart attack in the late 1950's, just days after Porky Pig and Daffy Duck were locked in the hotel room before Broken Arms Hotel closed down forever....and so, both Porky Pig and Daffy Duck are being freed by L.A. cops from the hotel after film producers of Warner Bros. Studios paying their bill ($152.50).

  • The 1990 colorized versions are fine, since you see the original cartoon, not a redrawn counterfeit with many errors. Even Disney's hand drawn stuff since about 1990 uses digital ink and paint, so the process used here is not something horrible.

  • From 1:45 to 2:05 was the funniest part for me.

  • Daffy: You insult me! We meet on the field of onion!

Funniest cartoon line in the history of cartoons. XD

  • what an incredible piece of animation. Why would this not be released????

  • Manager: (babbling)

Daffy: SOLD to an American (BONK!)

  • LOL HEY LOOK A DICK TRACY CHARACTER PRUNE FACE
